Join East Gippsland's largest family friendly fishing competition.
Explore the best of bream fishing in the stunning Gippsland at the 2024 Twin River Bream Classic. This annual fishing event see's family and friends come together to compete for some amazing prizes while discover the hidden beauty of East Gippsland.
Simply all you need to do is catch and release making sure your bream is photographed next to your supplied brag mat and logged on the tournament app to have the chance to win the following prizes:
1st prize – $25,000 Aquamaster boat & Yamaha engine, sponsored by Twin Rivers BTA and Gippsland RV & Marine
2nd prize - $3,000 waterfront week stay in Paynesville, sponsored by Gippsland Lakehouse A
3rd prize - $1,500 offshore fishing charter, sponsored by Lakes Charter Fishing
4th prize - $550 2 night stay waterfront accommodation, sponsored by Mariners Cove Resort, Paynesville
The Twin Rivers region lies in East Gippsland, between Bairnsdale and Lakes Entrance. The region is centered on the Nicholson and Tambo rivers and the small towns of Nicholson, Johnsonville and Swan Reach. The region is close to the Gippsland Lakes, Bairnsdale, Lakes Entrance, Metung and Bruthen.
Online registrations open Friday 16th February, and close on Friday 19th July at 6pm.
