From the bush to the beach

The rough and rugged high country becomes beautiful with cascading waterfalls, springtime wildflowers and night skies sparkling like you’ve never seen before. The Snowy River Country Trail is the perfect way to take in the natural bush setting as it travels 285km through the region's magnificent natural and heritage attractions. The romance of the Snowy River blooms through settlements of Goongerah, Bonang, Bendoc and Tubbut.
Visit the honeycomb tangle of the Buchan Caves. This enchanting, history-filled and family fun experience will amaze. As will the elevated Buchan Valley with its rolling hills, grazing paddocks and bush lifestyle.
As the area draws closer to the sea, you come across majestic remnants of coastal rainforest, lakes filled with aquatic fun and beaches worthy of a million photos near Marlo and within the Cape Conran Coastal Park.
