This three-day itinerary allows you to explore the hidden gems of Orbost, Marlo and Cape Conran.

DAY ONE:

Visit the Grandview Lookout on your way into town and admire the iconic Snowy River Rail Bridge.

Get some info at the Orbost Visitor Information Centre and explore their unique gift shop. 

Ride the East Gippsland Rail Trail with Snowy River Cycling.

Camp at Woods Point Free Camp.


DAY TWO:

Head straight to Young’s Creek Falls.

Grab a quick lunch Orbost Bakery.

Hike to Little Cabbage Tree Creek Falls.

Arvo drinks Sailors Grave Brewing.

Camp by the Snowy River at one of the many free camps between Orbost and Marlo.


DAY THREE:

Walk the Marlo Estuary stopping at Lovelock Lookout.

Have lunch at the Marlo Hotel.

See the world’s most southerly growing palm tree at Cabbage Tree Creek Flora and Fauna Reserve.
